Moscow residents who do not have protection against coronavirus infection will be banned from visiting cafes and restaurants from 28 June. Such a decree was signed by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, the capital's operational headquarters for preventing the spread of the coronavirus infection reported.

"Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin has signed a decree according to which from June 28, only visitors with protection against the disease will be able to visit public catering establishments: who have been vaccinated, have had COVID-19 for the last 6 months, or have a negative PCR test valid for 3 days," the report said.

Visitors will have to confirm their protection against coronavirus with a special QR-code, which can be obtained through the electronic medical card of Moscow, portals mos.ru, EMIAS.INFO, "Gosuslugi.Stopkoronavirus", in the registration office of the city polyclinic. No paper certificates or certificates will be accepted.

"Restaurants and cafes are required to create a system to verify the presence of QR codes. The food courts will open only after checking the control system preventing the visitors who don't have QR codes to enter the seating area. Public catering enterprises, failing to meet these requirements, will be able to work only with take-away or delivery," it was emphasized in the operating room.

In addition, since June 22 in Moscow, a temporary ban on the organization of concert, entertainment, entertainment and sporting events with the simultaneous presence of more than 500 people is introduced, both outdoors and in buildings, structures and constructions. The ban on fan zones and dance floors is imposed regardless of the number of participants at the event. These restrictions will be canceled if the organizers create the zone, "free of covids" and will allow to the event only the participants with the QR-codes. "Organizers of events with less than 500 participants are also recommended to use QR codes to ensure the safety of spectators," it added.
