Yaroslavl company producing fire-fighting equipment and fire extinguishers Yarpozhinvest has started exporting products to Iran, Iraq, Morocco and Turkey, the regional government said.

"The company's management is actively using the measures of state support provided by the national project "International cooperation and export". As a result, this year we managed to start deliveries to four countries - Turkey, Iran, Iraq and Morocco. To find new partners in the Republic of Azerbaijan and return to the market of this state. This is on the assumption that for over 15 years the company has been exclusively oriented to the domestic market but it has revised its attitude towards opportunities for international economic cooperation," said Galina Penyagina, Director of the Department for Regional Development and Foreign Economic Activity of the Yaroslavl Region.

According to Andrey Voronov, the Director General of Yarpozhinvest, the company is considering the possibility to launch joint production in Turkey. According to him, it would make it easier for the company to obtain certification and open new markets in Europe.
