A tourist complex with a botanical garden, goat and poultry farms, a honeyhouse, a cheese factory and glamping will be built in Kushnarenkovskiy district of Bashkortostan, RBC Ufa reports referring to the head of Stolypino agricultural complex Radmir Galeev, the project initiator.

According to him, there will be different houses for tourists on the territory of the complex with different design. There will also be a sport fishing zone, vineyards, a small winery, chalets, shack houses, a wake park and other facilities.

According to preliminary estimates the construction of the facilities of the tourist complex will cost 120-130 million rubles, not including the cost of communications and road construction. For the construction of the facility will need 90 hectares of land and about ten years. The investor expects to erect the first objects in winter 2021.
