HeadHunter and YouDo will create a common platform
The HeadHunter platform together with the online service YouDo will launch a platform for legal entities to work with the self-employed.
According to Forbes, it will create a more favorable tax regime for the self-employed, and will allow to select freelance performers, pay taxes for the self-employed to the Federal Tax Service and minimize the risks when working with them.
It is known that the service will attract performers on a paid basis at the request of business. A commission is also expected for payments to the self-employed. If the client attracts performers on their own, then no payments, except for the commission, will not be required.
YouDo noted that in the next three years the number of self-employed people could reach 10-15% of the total working population. The company noted that there is a steady demand of the business, not only to search for the self-employed, but also to automate processes when working with them.
Recall that experts predict that the number of officially registered self-employed in Russia will increase by 6 million people by 2024 - from 2.4 to 8.4 million.
