The United Nations (UN) has published a document praising the experience of Sputnik V vaccine development, noting that the Russian drug has the best combination of key parameters, the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) reported.

"The main result of the proven accelerated vaccine development practice is the creation of the Sputnik V vaccine with the best combination of efficacy, cost and cold chain temperature requirements in less than six months," the UN document was quoted in the official Sputnik V Telegram channel.

"Satellite V is registered in 69 countries with a combined population of more than 3.7 billion people, or about half the world's population. Sputnik V ranks second in the world in terms of the number of approvals received by government regulators.
