Producer of honey products "Bee Happy" has been included in the list of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan. Such an order was signed by Rustam Muratov, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic.

It is supposed that development of the project, for which more than 3.7 billion rubles will be allocated, will contribute to creation of a unique "Honey Academy" and a fund of innovations and expertise for beekeeping of the 21st century in Bashkortostan. "This will turn the republic into a model Honey Industry Center at the national level. At the same time, the project is in line with the region's social and economic development priorities and will ensure an increase in annual tax revenues to the consolidated budget," Muratov said.

The main products will be 2,070 tonnes of linden honey, 2,579 tonnes of monofloral honey, 677 tonnes of buckwheat honey and 1,156 tonnes of mixed honey annually.

The project is to be implemented in twelve districts of the republic, it will create 158 new jobs.

It is expected to be completed by 2028.
