"Uralvagonzavod" will supply 500 flatcars for transportation of fitting heavy-duty containers. This was reported by the company's press service.

Flatcar model 12-192-03 is the latest development in the segment of container transportation. Its peculiarity consists in application of fitting stops that provide stability against overturning of containers at a gusty wind.

The company has already fulfilled the contract for the delivery of 500 units of such platforms.

These are renowned developers and manufacturers of artillery, armoured vehicles, rolling stock, light-rail transport, road-building and other equipment. The concern is engaged in development and manufacture of various types of freight cars, gondola cars, freight bogies and tank cars.
