Investment projects in the Far East will be presented at WEF exhibitions

Exhibits at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) will present investment opportunities in the Far Eastern regions and promising projects of the authorities and domestic companies, according to the Roscongress website.

"The main goal of the exhibitions within the framework of the forum is to demonstrate the opportunities of the Far East and attract new investors to the region. Guests and participants in the forum will be able to learn about the dynamics of work to ensure the investment appeal of the Far Eastern Federal District, engage in direct dialogue with representatives of Russian companies and state authorities, and learn about the support measures provided for entrepreneurs", said Anton Kobyakov, Advisor to the Russian President and Executive Secretary of the WEF Organizing Committee.

According to Roscongress, forum exhibits will be held in several formats. For example, the display of the Ministry of the Development of the Far East and the Arctic will be dedicated to the results of the new economic policy in the macro-region. It will also present projects that have begun to be implemented in the region or that are only scheduled to be launched. Participants will also be able to learn about the mechanisms of preferential regimes, namely the Advanced Development Territory and the Free Port of Vladivostok.

The most interesting products of the Far East and infrastructure projects will be presented to the participants at the exhibition of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Rosturizm will present the natural uniqueness of Russia at its stand and introduce visitors to new trends in tourism.

Apart from that, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education will present the achievements of Russian scientists and innovative developments, as well as the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Transport, the Prosecutor General's Office and other agencies will also have their own exhibition stands at the forum.

The Eastern Economic Forum will be held in Vladivostok on September 2-4.
