The regions with the highest level of check-ups among SMEs are named

The automated check-up service was used in the test mode by 40 thousand Russian entrepreneurs from the small and medium business segment, the SME Corporation press service reported.

"Most business diagnostics took place in Moscow, the Republic of Crimea and the Sverdlovsk Region. The highest percentage of coverage of entrepreneurs with check-up service <...> was in Sevastopol, where the coverage of SME check-up was 408.84%, the Republic of Crimea - 242.92%, the Nenets Autonomous District - 190.48%, the Chechen Republic - 166.67% and Ivanovo region - 134.04%," the statement said.

Also in the top ten were the regions of Astrakhan, Tambov, Smolensk, Ryazan and Udmurtia.

The lowest diagnostic coverage was in Kostroma, Novosibirsk, Irkutsk and Yaroslavl regions, near Moscow, Kamchatka, Transbaikal Territory, North Ossetia, Khakassia and Krasnodar Territory.

Alexander Isayevich, Director General of SME Corporation, called the check-up an important tool that helps to determine what kind of support a particular entrepreneur needs at the moment. In this regard, he lamented the fact that not all regions are actively involved in this work.

In June, Russia launched an automated business check-up, in which regional support infrastructure organizations diagnose small and medium-sized businesses and offer relevant support measures, including soft loans, guarantees and accelerators. In just three minutes a company is diagnosed according to 44 indicators, for example, the company is checked for stop-gap factors for support and its financial indicators are calculated.
