In the north-east of Moscow six inefficiently used territories will be reorganized within the project "Industrial quarters". According to Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations, more than 365 billion rubles have been allocated for these purposes.

"We expect that the budgetary effect of these projects will amount to 37 billion rubles a year. The total area of these plots exceeds 49 hectares. The project will provide the city with new jobs: about 44 thousand of them will be created and there will appear new schools, kindergartens and polyclinics", - he said.

It is a question about territory in Butyrsky and Severnoe Medvedkovo areas where on two territories of the former industrial zones will be transformed, in Altufievsky and Otradnoe - on one.

The development of these areas will allow the city to get about 500 thousand jobs and almost 3 trillion rubles of budget revenues, and total investment will be more than 7 trillion rubles.
