In Russia in September 2021, the demand for online purchase of over-the-counter drugs increased by 18%. This is evidenced by the data of the payment service "JuMoneu".

"From 1 to 23 September 2021 there was a noticeable increase in demand for medicines compared to the same period a month earlier. The growth of turnover of online stores that accept payment by "JuMoneys" and the number of purchases was 17% and 18% respectively", - the company said in a statement.

The number of customers increased by 13%. At the same time, the average bill remained virtually unchanged at 3,150 rubles.

The service also pointed out that the turnover of online shops selling medicines increased by 84% and the number of purchases increased by 129% compared to September last year. The number of payers increased by 58% and the number of online stores increased by 13%. The average bill fell 20% to 3,150 rubles.
