Gagarinsky shopping center in Moscow threatened to close because of visitors without masks

Violation of mask mode was detected in the capital shopping center "Gagarinsky". The complex faces a fine or closure for 90 days, said Sergei Mikhailov, chief inspector of the United Administrative and Technical Inspections (UATI).

During an inspection of the shopping center, OATI employees found that the administration of "Gagarinskogo" did not ensure compliance with requirements for the wearing of masks.

Now the shopping center can be fined up to 300 thousand rubles. In some cases, the fine may increase up to 1 million rubles. Besides, "Gagarinsky" can be closed for up to 90 days.

The shopping center has become the third in the capital, where there have been found violations of mask mode. Earlier OATI inspectors detected non-compliance with mask regime in "Atrium" and "Metropolis".
