Rostec State Corporation together with the Diasoft group of companies created a joint venture for projects in digital transformation and import substitution. The new company, RT-Diasoft, will develop and implement IT solutions in various sectors of the economy, as well as create exportable digital products, according to Rostec's website.

"The joint venture will, in particular, develop a Russian ERP system designed to replace Western analogues and create a digital cross-industry platform for the public sector," the report says and specifies that RT-Diasoft will implement situation management centers for enterprises and develop digital solutions for foreign financial institutions.

All projects will be realized in microservice architecture on the modern technological stack to provide continuity of IT solutions' updates without stopping of users' work. Besides, it will ensure high performance of the software and reliability of IT systems for uninterrupted access to the organizations' services.

As a result of the deal, RT-Project Technologies, a subsidiary of Rostec, acquired 51% of shares in the authorized capital of Garantia group of companies (belongs to Diasoft Group) and 49% of shares are controlled by Diasoft. Within a month, Garantia Group will be renamed RT-Diasoft.
