Krasnogorsk Zverev Plant (KMZ) (which belongs to Shvabe Holding Company) signed a contract with the German company ARRI Rental, which provides photo and video equipment for film production. According to Rostec, the counterparty has already received the Selena H 1.9/58 art lens as part of the export delivery.

"The lens was developed by KMZ specialists. The manufacturer signed a contract for the supply with a German company, which provides cameras for shooting high-budget films and TV series," the report says.

The lens has a unique optical scheme that ensures high artistry of the created image, a soft pattern and an unusual form of bokeh. Rostec specified that such optical system is particularly suitable for portraits, landscapes and street scenes.

KMZ's new counterpart is known for its collaboration with the creators of Bohemian Rhapsody, Spider-Man: Away from Home, Cruella, and other films.
