Agroholding Rusagro bought the remaining stake in Primorskaya Soya and became its full owner. This was announced by the company's press service.

"Rusagro has acquired 25% in Primorskaya Soya, consolidating 100% of the company's shares in its ownership," the statement said.

As a reminder, Primorskaya Soya is located in Ussuriysk, Primorsky Krai. The company processes soybeans and produces vegetable oil and meal.

Rusagro Group produces sugar, pork and oil and fats products in Russia and exports to 35 countries.

The Group's net profit, according to International Financial Reporting Standards, in January-June 2021 rose by 81% compared with a year earlier and reached 17.6 billion rubles.
