The service supports 184 languages, including Russian. According to own company data, the Wakie application makes 1 million voice calls a week.

Project Founder, Grachik Adzhamyan told that the team uses machine learning to learn the experience of each user.

"We turn to search engines, when we need to learn something new. But when it comes to emotions, problems and controversial decisions, Siri and Google cannot help. No matter what happens in your life, there are people with similar experiences, and many of them would be happy to share them. The problem is that it is difficult to find them right off. Wakie alters the situation and solves this problem," noted Adzhamyan.

The representative of the venture fund of LETA Capital, which is a portfolio startup of Wakie, said that under the amount of $ 1 billion, in addition to Y Combinator Americans Jack Velin, Larry Brightman and Bruce Chu invested in Wakie.
