Russian aircraft manufacturers will build more than a thousand aircrafts by 2030, said Denis Manturov, head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

"A landmark event for the industry in the past year was the approval of the state civil order program. By 2030 our enterprises should build more than a thousand aircrafts", - he said.

Manturov also noted that from 2023 it is planned to put into serial production a nine-seat Baikal and in 2025 - a turboprop regional passenger aircraft with 44 seats.

As for long-haul aircraft, in addition to the development of the SSJ-100 project, it is planned to deliver the MS-21 airliner to airlines from 2022, and the IL-114 from 2023, the minister added.
