Innovative companies will hold career guidance events for students

Russian schoolchildren will be able to take part in career guidance activities in the field of innovative business, said Natalia Popova, public ombudsman for the protection of the rights of high-tech companies-leaders.

"Every year, high-tech businesses begin to work with an increasingly younger age group of the talent pool. This is due to the global increase in competition for talent in the corporate sector. At the same time, working for national champions versus major corporations is a great opportunity for rapid career advancement," she said.

The agreement to organize the events was signed by the Russian Schoolchildren Movement, the National Champions Association and the Office of the Ombudsman.

It is supposed that the Russian Movement of Schoolchildren will carry out the competitive selection of schoolchildren to participate in career guidance events organized by leading hi-tech companies.

The National Champions Association and the public ombudsman will organize and coordinate the companies' offers as part of the agreement.
