The Smart Farm project will be launched in Bashkortostan

The creation of the project "Smart Farm" was discussed in Bashkortostan during a video conference with representatives of the Austrian agrarian cluster, Aksenov Agricultural College named after N.M. Sibirtsev and agricultural firm "Rayevskaya", reported the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic.

"In the next few years the republic will launch enterprises for the production of raw and powdered milk, soft and rennet cheeses, baby food, which need to be provided with quality raw materials. By 2023, Bashkortostan will produce up to 2,000 tons of milk per day. Options for our model of interaction with partners from Austria have already been lined up. "The Smart Farm will be not only one of the business ideas, it should act as a model project for replication," said the head of the Ministry Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.

According to the press service of the Ministry, the concept of "Smart Farm" was formed in April of this year. It will be a production enterprise on the one hand and a training base - on the other.

"In September 2021, a delegation of the Austrian Republic visited Bashkortostan and got acquainted with the capabilities of the republic's enterprises and the site of the proposed development of the site. The Austrian business community conducted an analysis and made recommendations on the construction of the "Smart Farm" near the Aksenov Agro-Industrial College, "- clarified in the ministry.

According to the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic Aibulat Khazhin, employers are extremely interested in quality specialists.

"It is important that the young specialist has such a level of qualification, which would allow him to be guaranteed to get a job and keep it, that is, to be an effective employee. Collaboration of the college with enterprises - raises the status of in-demand professions," he said.

The final presentation of the project is planned in the framework of the international specialized exhibition "AgroComplex", which will be held in Ufa in March 2022.
