In Krasnodar the volume of investments in the industrial park of one of the largest online retailers Wildberries will amount to 6.5 billion rubles, reported the press service of the regional administration.

It is known that the industrial park will consist of two buildings of 200 thousand square meters. They will provide sewing and packaging production, warehousing facilities for storing raw materials and finished products, as well as printing production. The first object with the area of 50 thousand square meters will be put into operation in February 2022.

According to Vice-Governor Alexander Ruppel, the authorities provided the site for construction without bidding. "This imposes certain obligations on the investor. Including the involvement of at least three residents, and we are already seeing demand for this site from Kuban manufacturers. In the future, both the management company and the residents will be able to enjoy a number of regional preferences, "- he said.

It is noted that the Kuban is one of the three leading regions in terms of the number of online purchases, has a developed transport infrastructure, and has great opportunities for access to the markets of Europe and Asia through its seaports.
