Industrial enterprises in Moscow will begin to issue loans for the implementation of IT-solutions

Industrial enterprises of Moscow will now be able to obtain loans for the implementation of IT solutions, said Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow.

"It will become easier and simpler for Moscow industrial enterprises to modernize their production facilities - it will be possible to obtain a loan of one to 300 million rubles at a rate of 5.5 percent per annum from "Bank of Technologies" for the implementation of IT-solutions. It will be possible to receive money to purchase computer, server and network equipment, software for industrial needs, to pay for the services of a system integrator and much more. If the IT-solution or equipment is included in the register of "Bank of technologies", it will be possible to borrow the whole amount - up to 100 percent of the transaction value", - said Efimov (his words are cited on the portal of the Moscow Mayor's Office mos.ru).

As explained in the government of the city, in order to borrow money, the company will have to provide to the Moscow Foundation for Industry and Entrepreneurship Support a specialized independent conclusion of the project: the validity of technological solutions, competitive cost analysis and analysis of integration timeframe of similar solution. In addition, it is necessary to coordinate with the fund the terms of reference for the conclusion and the selection of the company.

"The "Technology Bank" is a register of the latest technological solutions used in industry to improve production efficiency through the implementation of digitalization and automation processes. To date, the Bank has 60 developers, and the total number of solutions represented by them is 117, of which 22 are hardware, 80 are software technologies, and 15 are supporting equipment," added Alexander Prokhorov, head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of the capital.

The fund helps companies borrow at a rate of 5.5 percent, more than half the usual rate.
