Russia and Kazakhstan signed an agreement on cooperation aimed at creating a common market of food products, the press service of the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic.

It is noted that the document was signed by representatives of the National Association of Wholesale and Distribution Centers, Stroy-Invest, Rostelecom and the National Trade and Distribution Network in Ufa.

"It is aimed at the creation of the Kazakh-Russian international market of food products and will contribute to the formation of the Eurasian commodity distribution system," - noted the agency.

The agreement provides for the promotion of interstate commercial cooperation between trading and distribution networks of the two countries, as well as support for the construction of networks of wholesale and distribution centers based on the unification of digital, design, construction, logistics and technology solutions, procedures for their creation and operation.

In addition, the parties plan to jointly develop interstate standards for the unification of design, construction, logistics and technological solutions for the creation and operation of wholesale and distribution centers. Unified requirements will simplify the processes of purchase, delivery and payment for goods. They also provide for the creation of an integrated innovative digital product for tracking the movement of goods.
