The Tashkent metro plans to buy 14 more trains from Russia due to the increase in passenger traffic in the subway. This was reported by the trade mission of the Russian Federation in Uzbekistan, citing the press service of the Tashkent metro.

To date, nearly 60 Russian Metrowagonmash cars run in the foreign subway.

Earlier it became known that the third batch of twenty Russian subway cars arrived in Tashkent, of which five trains were formed.

"Metrowagonmash" and the Tashkent subway this spring signed a contract for the production of 40 cars.
