Babaevsky Lux brand chocolate won the gold medal at the international food products competition "Guarantee of Quality". This was reported to "Made in Russia" by the press service of the United Confectioners.

More than 900 samples of food products produced at 126 enterprises in 45 Russian regions took part in the competition.

"According to the conclusion of the competition commission of experts, which included specialists of the Federal Scientific Center of Food Systems named after Gorbatov, Babayevsky "Lux" showed high results in organoleptic and microbiological indicators, appearance, quality of packaging, and the mandatory condition - compliance with the requirements for food products at the legislative level," - said the press service.

Chocolate Babaevskiy "Lux" is one of the most famous chocolate brands in Russia. It was released in 1964. The dessert contains more than 50% cocoa, but the main component of natural chocolate is non-deodorized cocoa butter, which retains its natural properties.

The factory does not use semi-finished third-party products to make the chocolate. Cocoa beans for every bar are subjected to phytosanitary control and are processed in Moscow's own shop. The semi-finished chocolate products are almost immediately delivered to the conveyor for chocolate molding. This makes it possible to preserve natural flavors and vitamins in the ready product as much as possible.
