The robot-disassembler Atlant 6000 is presented in Perm
Perm company Special Construction Equipment presented a new robot Atlant 6000 - an autonomous machine designed for work in the most difficult conditions. The machine's tracked base allows installing various attachments. Such a tool makes it possible to solve any engineering tasks of various complexity levels.
The robot is highly productive and has a wide range of applications: demolition, disassembly, metallurgical and cement industry, underground line construction, nuclear industry, etc. The use of such robots enables rescue operations in hazardous areas without endangering human life and health. The novelty weighs 7.5 tons and has a remote control for comfortable safe operation of the operator. With Atlant, the operator can transport attachments weighing up to 1 ton.
The robot tower rotates a full 360 degrees, allowing the operator to work without moving the entire base. Modified circuits ensure efficient operation of the attachments and high travel speeds. Moreover, the machine is designed for continuous operation without repair. Maintenance is performed without dismantling large assemblies and units. The power of its diesel engine is 70 kW. The Atlant 6000 can withstand high temperatures, has protective hoods, air cooling, pyroprotection and hydraulic hammer blowing.
The unit fully complies with the requirements of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union. The company supplies the robot with a detailed operating manual and a number of training videos.
For reference. Since 2004, Special Construction Equipment has been producing drilling tools and equipment for underground construction works. Today the company manufactures a set of equipment for injection works, including those for works with application of jet grouting technology.
