BEST-Novostroy is ranked as one of the largest real estate agencies by total residential developments sales volume in the Moscow region. The company was founded in 2009 and to this day has sold 1.6 million sq. m of residential developments.

The company is known for active participation and promotion of innovations in the real estate market, such as state-of-the-art residential development concepts with advanced facilities and comfortable living environment.

BEST-Novostroy dedicates a lot of attention to staff training programs. In 1997 BEST`s chairman of the board Irina Dobrokhotova established “BEST-training” - Moscow`s first realty school and a consulting company - in order to improve education quality in the field of realty.

Today, after participating in 38 completed developments, Irina Dobrokhotova and more than 200 real estate professionals are gathered under BEST-Novostroy brand to provide services to buyers, developers and investors.

In 2012 BEST-Novostroy successfully started several milestone residential developments in Moscow, New Moscow and Moscow region. One of them is New Vatutinki - a large-scale development in New Moscow - went on sale with great success and later became the undisputable gem of the region. The company also participated in developing the concept for the New Butovo residential homes in Moscow and later obtained exclusive selling rights. In the end of the year BEST-Novostroy unveiled a unique mid-class residential development 9-18 in Mytishchi city (Moscow region) with advanced facilities and European style architecture.

BEST-Novostroy ended 2013 with rebranding and a new website launch party. In 2014 the company plans to expand its share in the luxury and mid-class real estate markets while introducing innovative marketing instruments and raising the quality of client service. A new Department of project consulting was established in the February of 2014.
