VIST is a dynamically developing international company in the field of development and implementation of information technologies for mining and metallurgy.
VIST is a part of Zyfra Group of Companies, which focuses on improving efficiency and safety of mining, oil and gas, chemical and machine-building industries in Russia. VIST was founded in 1988 by a group of like-minded friends who graduated from the Applied Mathematics Department of the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics.
By the time the company was founded, its founders were working in industry and academic research institutes, which largely determined the future direction of joint activities related to the introduction of modern control systems and automated systems for various industries.
Since 1994 the mining industry has become a key area for VIST, and in 1999 the company successfully brought to the market and to this day continues to develop its own mine fleet management system VG Karier. This is a hardware-software complex for control, management and optimization of processes at a mining enterprise, which allows reducing the cost of mining. The equipment is effectively used at enterprises not only in Russia, but also worldwide.
In 2019 VIST has successfully tested the robotic dump trucks BELAZ with a capacity of 130 tons, as well as robotic drilling rigs at the enterprises of the leading coal company in Russia. The robotic dump truck BELAZ was created and demonstrated within the framework of the Intellectual Career project together with partners - the companies - residents of the Skolkovo fund. The robotic dump truck operates on the basis of artificial intelligence technologies: the loader can independently build a 3D model of the rock mass for loading, determine the most effective order of action, correlate its movement with the position of the dump truck.
For its work on the implementation of technological solutions in the industry, the company won the international competition in the category Mining of the future in Barcelona at IOT World Congress in 2019. Throughout its activity the company's specialists, engineers and IT-specialists found new innovative solutions for industrial enterprises.

VIST started to expand and develop its presence in Russian regions in 2000.
