The production company Dveen, founded in 2003, is the largest Moscow plant for the production of stainless steel towel dryers. The company's main products are water- and electric-type towel dryers.
In February 2005, engineers of the production company developed a new model of Dveen towel dryer, which has the form of a ladder. This model of towel dryer was the first in the Russian market made of stainless steel, using the argon-arc welding method. Its production brought the products of domestic manufacture to a new level, as it had the following advantages:
At the Dveen factory full cycle production process of towel dryers is applied. The production complex Dveen is about 3200 square meters and consists of six lines: blank shop, grinding area, welding area, polishing area, dyeing chamber, as well as assembly and packaging area.
The company has its own department of rationalization and invention, which implements a full range of works on design and implementation of equipment in production. Most of the machines for the production of towel dryers at the factory were created by the company's engineers.
At all stages of production, the quality control department monitors the semi-finished product. And in 2011 the company passed the certification of quality management according to international standard ISO 9001.
Since 2008, Dveen began to supply its products for export. The first deliveries were made to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union - Belarus and Kazakhstan. Then contracts were concluded with Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Armenia, Abkhazia and Uzbekistan.
Since 2013, Dveen takes part in the international exhibition KazBuild, which is held in Alma-Ata (Kazakhstan). Thanks to this, the company managed to significantly expand the geography of the brand in the domestic market of the republic.
With the support of the Dveen plant, Belarusian dealers annually present products of the same brand of the company at the largest industry exhibition Water and Heat in Minsk.
Since 2019, with the assistance of the Moscow Export Center, the company is represented at the international electronic business to business site Alibaba.
In addition, Dveen adheres to the principles of social responsibility and is actively involved in charitable projects. For two years in a row, the company took part in an action organized by the administration of the Krasnopakhorskoye settlement in Moscow, timed to coincide with September 1.
