ORMAS Group is a family jewellery company founded by entrepreneur Sergey Orlov in 1997 in Moscow.
For over 20 years the organization has been offering Russian and foreign customers a wide range of unique jewelry and manufacturing services.
History of the company
In 1997, ORMAS Group began manufacturing limited edition silver interior products. In the same year the company received an order to produce awards for the famous Russian film award Nika. This event became the basis for the launch of a large-scale line for the production of custom-made award figurines and cups made of silver and brass.
In addition to the directions of interior items and award products, in 2005 ORMAS company launched the production of custom-made personal jewelry made of gold and platinum: earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces and pendants.
In 2009 it was decided to expand its business services: in addition to silver and brass, as the main metals in the production of award-winning products, the company began to offer materials of affordable price segment - plastic, glass and wood.
In 2016 in connection with the expansion of business ORMAS production lines were divided into three separate sub-brands: ORMAS Silver Décor, ORMAS Awards and ORMAS Jewelry.
Today ORMAS business group consists of three independent brands:
ORMAS Silver Décor - exclusive silver interior items.
From the very beginning of manufacture the distinctive feature of products was observance of century jeweller techniques, 100 % handwork, and also virtuoso interpretation of works of world jewellers and sculptors, as Carl Faberge. Expensive natural materials were used in the manufacture of products: sea shells, ornamental and semiprecious stones, coconut inserts, pearls.
ORMAS Jewelry - individual jewelry made of gold and platinum to order.
Each product of ORMAS Jewelry brand is made personally for the customer, from the design concept to the embodiment in the metal. The style of jewelry, the color of metal, the size and quantity of precious or semi-precious stones - any variation is available according to the customer's wishes.
ORMAS Awards - designer award products to order.
The company does not offer standard forms and images, each product is completely unique and is developed from scratch. A team of specialists headed by an ideologist, designer and sculptor work on the process and together they form the project concept according to the client's tasks.
Partners and customers
Since its foundation, ORMAS Group has implemented more than 3,000 unique ORMAS Silver Décor and ORMAS Awards projects for more than 300 public and private companies as well as many individual clients. The best samples of exclusive silver décor items were exhibited at international Russian exhibitions, as well as at the State Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow and the State Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg.
Plans for the future
The company has approved an ambitious strategic plan for the development of business areas in the coming years, as well as expansion into foreign markets.
