In 2001-2003 Minasyan worked as an assistant to Semyon Rezer, President of the Russian Freight Forwarders Guild.
In 2005, he graduated from the Russian University of Transport with a degree in Transportation Process Management.
From 2003 to 2010, he worked for Far Eastern Transport Group, climbed the career ladder from container park manager to head of container department.
From 2010 to 2011, he was Head of the Commercial Department of Neva-Metall Trade (Globalports Group of companies).
In 2011-2013 he worked as Commercial Director at the company SWIFT (a Chinese company with a representative office in Russia), during which he founded a team, increased sales in Russia, created a powerful client and agency network in Russia.
In 2013 Armen Minasyan became the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Amtec company.
Amtec is a logistics company, specializing in container transportation in import and export direction. For 7 years on the market the company has established itself as a reliable and service operator of container trains for both Russian customers and foreign partners.
