Wildberries in test mode has launched an instant refund for some users at the points of issue, they are reflected on the personal balance in the personal account. The buyer independently decides to withdraw funds or pay for new purchases with them, the company's press service reported.

"We are testing a new service that will significantly increase the convenience of using the online platform: users will be able to receive instant transfers to the balance, which will allow them not to "freeze" funds before they are actually received from the bank, but immediately spend on new purchases. In addition, we have opened the possibility for users to independently transfer refunds from the balance to any bank accounts, and not only those from which the payment was made," the company said.

Now testing is carried out on a limited sample of users, then it is planned to expand it.
