A software Competence distribution Center will be created in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, the head of the region Natalia Komarova said.

"We have actively joined together with our partners in the development of domestic software. As an infrastructure for solving this issue, I ask you to pay attention to this, because we are gathering partners for these purposes, we are creating a distributed Software Competence Center, which is in the trend announced by the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation to create industrial parks," she said.

The center will specialize in scientific research, development and implementation of software, training of employees, including those already involved in the production of adaptation to new software environments.
