A new import-substituting production of medical equipment will be launched in the "Titanium Valley" in the Sverdlovsk region. Investments in the project will amount to about half a billion rubles, they plan to launch the first building next year, the press service of the governor and the government of the region told the editorial board of "Made in Russia".

The company "MO"Department of Medical Equipment" will create a new enterprise.

"In the buildings under construction, we plan to increase the existing production of functional beds, banquettes and couches for patients, reception desks and other medical furniture for equipping medical institutions. The production of vacuum systems for blood collection, disposable circuits for resuscitation and other consumables will also be organized," said Alexey Tsipin, director of the company.

It is planned to complete the construction of the first building in 2023, and this summer the design of the second stage will begin.

It is planned to create 165 jobs at the site, the volume of investments is estimated at 450 million rubles.
