Japan will ban the export of trucks, dump trucks, bulldozers and other equipment to Russia as part of a new package of sanctions from June 17. This was announced by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry of the country Koichi Hagiuda, writes TASS.

In total, the list of products prohibited for export to Russia includes 67 items, including wood, components and spare parts for machine tools, steel tanks, steam generators, gas generators. The same list includes pumps, turbines, printing equipment such as MFPs, looms, particle accelerators, measuring and testing devices, industrial robots, and so on.

According to the Japanese ministry, the total volume of exports in 2021 of the corresponding items that were included in the expanded sanctions list amounted to 860 billion yen, or 6.4 billion dollars at the current exchange rate.
