"Representatives of the scientific complex proposed to create a "Single window" in the regional center for the registration of import-substituting developments. SibSMU and its divisions are ready to become a platform for testing and clinical research," the report says.

It is known that at the moment Tomsk scientists have about 60 import-substituting developments in the field of medicine.
