The Russian manufacturer of metal structures "Ventall" will release updated facade systems from domestic raw materials after Finnish companies stopped supplying their components. The new systems will be 3-5 times cheaper at the same quality level. This was reported to the editorial board of "Made in Russia" in the press service of "Ventall".

"Since the end of February, European manufacturers have frozen most supplies, including facade cassettes. This left the entire premium segment of the Russian market practically unclosed, since most domestic companies focused on the economy sector," said Sergey Chernyshev, General Director of Ventall, and noted that in this regard the company will start producing its own facade cassettes and slats.

The volume of production under this program will be about one million square meters.

According to the analytical data of the PKR agency, the market volume of metal facades last year was about 40 billion rubles. Of these, imports from Europe amounted to 4 billion rubles.

Localization of production will reduce the cost of facade systems several times. Dependence on the euro exchange rate and expensive logistics will disappear, because today in Europe the prices for transportation have increased 4 times, the press service noted. At the same time, the product quality will remain at the same level.
