Ural-Don Agroholding will acquire 3 brick factories in the Rostov region.

It is well known that we are talking about the purchase of the companies "Komstroy" in the Mines, "Gukovsky brick" and "Don brick" in Rostov. Collectively, the enterprises produce more than 100 million units of products per year.

The Regional Department of the Antimonopoly Service has already approved the deal.

The amount of the transaction has not yet been disclosed.

The Ural-Don enterprise was established in 1996. The main activities of the holding are the production and processing of agricultural products.
