The Miass plant "Spetsagregat" will release the first sample of an import-substituting bulldozer with a gas-electric drive by the end of the year, the press service of the Ministry of Industry, New Technologies and Natural Resources of the Chelyabinsk region reported.

All electronic devices and devices are ready now, said the company's CEO Evgeny Subachev.

The bulldozer will be used for the development of soils. The electromechanical transmission of the model provides automatic stepless regulation of traction and speed depending on external resistance. High maneuverability is achieved due to precise turns along a given radius and the ability to make a turn in place with a zero radius due to simultaneous rotation of the tracks in opposite directions.

The operation of the diesel engine in optimal mode saves up to 30% of fuel and increases the service life, and reducing the number of rotating parts, compared with traditional transmissions, increases reliability by 70%, while reducing noise and vibration.
