In the Moscow region, the MoloPak company will expand the production of packaging for long-term storage of liquid food products, said Ekaterina Zinovieva, Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.

"Investments in the import-substituting project of the MoloPak company are estimated at 1.2 billion rubles. As part of the expansion of production, the company will additionally create about 120 new jobs for residents of the Moscow region. The planned duration of the project is 16 months," she said.

It is noted that MoloPak became the first Russian company to start producing aseptic packaging for liquid food products with a long shelf life, including milk, juice and wine. Packaging is made of combined cardboard-based materials. According to their characteristics, the products of the Moscow Region company are not inferior to one of the world's main packaging standards — TetraPak, according to manufacturers.
