The Russian manufacturer of aircraft engines "Nortek" plans to increase production by 5% this year, up to 15 billion rubles, said Ekaterina Golomolzina, Director of Enterprise Development.

"We have fully developed the entire range of nomenclature that is suitable for imported tractors - John Deere and others. Some tire market players have left Russia and many enterprises, such as Rostselmash, Kamaz, St. Petersburg Tractor Plant, Belarusian MTZ are fully provided with our tires. All tractors, combines that come out of their conveyors are already on our tires. Of course, the current situation gives us advantages, we note an increase in orders," TASS quotes her.

She added that the company is actively increasing and modernizing production facilities. In particular, the plant is completing a project to completely upgrade the power supply system, which will enable uninterrupted operation and reduce the percentage of defective products. The company annually allocates more than 200 million rubles to the investment program.

Nortek is the only manufacturer of aircraft in Russia. The range includes tires for trucks, agricultural and industrial machinery, as well as ATVs and light trucks.
