The first Russian electric trains "Ivolga 3.0", which will run on the MCD-3 and MCD-4, will be handed over to the Central Suburban Passenger Company (CPPC) this year, the press service of the Moscow Department of Transport reported.

"Since the autumn of last year, the train was run-in without passengers and was being finalized. Now the certificate of compliance with the requirements for the safety of passenger transportation has been received, and the Tver Car Building Plant can produce trains of this model in series," the message says.

It is worth noting that the new train was created from Russian components. Armrests and USB charging have been added to the seats, bicycles with wide discs can be carried in bicycle mounts, and it is also possible to charge electric scooters, as well as climate systems with air disinfection function.
