Engineers of the Saratov company "Aurora" have developed a new generation intellectual production complex unique for Russia, which can be transformed to meet the needs of the customer as a designer. This was reported in the press service of the regional Ministry of Industry and Energy.

"An innovative line of equipment for packaging, bottling and packaging of any product in any type of container was created by Aurora engineers on the lego principle. The complexes of the previous generation were developed and configured separately for each container or product. The new line consists of modules that allow you to assemble any configurations for bottling for current tasks," the message says.

It is possible to disconnect all the blocks and disassemble the line in 2 minutes, and assemble and adjust it in half an hour – in fact, without stopping production, the department clarified with reference to the developers.

The complex uses domestic engineering solutions, materials and software to the maximum.

Now there are no analogues of such a line in the country. Among European manufacturers of packaging equipment, similar developments are underway in Italy and Germany. Due to its versatility, the complex is equally in demand for enterprises of the chemical, food, pharmaceutical, veterinary and cosmetic industries. The developers believe that it has great potential both in terms of import substitution and export supplies to the foreign market.

Already, enterprises from Moscow, Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Grozny, as well as from Kazakhstan are interested in the Saratov solution.
