In the Leningrad region, the packaging company "Petropolymer" increased production by 64% within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity".

A working group of ten people was created at the factory, who were trained at the Process Factory training and production site and learned the basics of lean technologies.

In six months, with the support of the Regional Competence Center, they managed to reduce the process time by 40% or 50 hours. At the same time, production increased by 64% or 321 units per hour. Work-in-progress in the stream decreased by 34% - 1.235 million units.
