The developer MoloPak LLC has submitted a notice on the construction of a factory for the production of packaging for dairy products in Chekhov to Glavgosstroynadzor of the Moscow region. This was reported in the press service of the department.

As specified in the Glavgosstroynadzor of the region, the MoloPak LLC enterprise is import-substituting, and the new plant will create its own production, which will provide the region with packaging products and eliminate the need for purchases from abroad.

Most of the processes for creating products will be automated, which will significantly increase profits after increasing production volume.

The construction of the plants will also provide 70 new jobs, and the production volume is expected to be 240 thousand tons per year.

In total, this project involves several stages: the construction of the main production building and the launch of roll cutting lines. The second stage is the launch of printing and lamination lines. The total area of the two-storey facility will be 7832.7 square meters.

It is expected that the construction of the facility will be completed in the first quarter of 2024.
