"Business Russia": businesses in the regions still complain about excessive checks
Entrepreneurs in the regions of Russia are still complaining about excessive inspections, said Nonna Kagramanyan, head of the executive Committee of Delovaya Rossiya.
"We are already repeating this as a mantra: please do not interfere with business work. There is no doubt that a lot has been done within the framework of the "regulatory guillotine", but even under the conditions of a temporary moratorium on most inspections, entrepreneurs, especially in the regions, still complain about their redundancy. They take away energy, time and money," she told RIA Novosti.
According to her, despite the political decision taken, local officials still do not always comply with it and "continue to overdo it."
In her opinion, business needs to create the most comfortable conditions and help increase the production of import-substituting products.
"Paying attention to companies that create jobs and added value, have growth potential, are able to integrate into cooperative chains, and these are, as a rule, industrialists, production workers. It is this kind of business that will allow us to fill the niches formed after the departure of the "Western partners" and break away from dependence on their goods and components," she said.
