According to the Telegram channel of the Cabinet of Ministers, the order of construction and reconstruction of social facilities where work should be completed as a priority. The list of such facilities will include secondary schools, kindergartens, a hospital, polyclinics and paramedic-obstetric centers, sports facilities and art schools.

At the same time, border checkpoints appeared in the list, which from now on will be built in a special order.

Due to the simplification of the construction and reconstruction procedure in the future, the number of permits required to obtain and coordinate with various departments will be reduced many times, and there will also be fewer administrative procedures.

Along with this, it will become easier for construction companies selected as contractors to obtain land plots.

In general, it is expected that thanks to the innovation, the process from scratch to the commissioning of a fully operational facility will be reduced by about a year.

As stated by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the government plans to continue to make decisions that will have a positive impact on helping people receive service at the highest possible level.
