Post Bank has launched an automated text analysis system (FIS ASAT) based on the no-code platform FIS Platform. It will automate the process of work of security specialists with requests from law enforcement agencies.

According to the press service of the credit and financial organization, the system will reduce the use of manual labor by 30%, reduces the response time from related departments by 25%, and also increases the level of data access control by 47%.

The process of implementing the system took three months. Now the bank can detect fraud cases twice as fast.

In addition, the tool will minimize time costs. During the first month of connection alone, the program processed about 700 requests.

The Bank intends to continue implementing the system. Thanks to it, users of the ASAT system can contribute to the investigation of internal and external threats. So, the system can create profiles of objects and document risk events for each case.
