Russian economists agree that the ruble will soon weaken against the dollar. This was stated by analysts of the profile division of Sberbank of Russia, Primepress reports.

According to experts of Sber CIB investment research, the Russian ruble has been holding at a stable level in recent days. Nevertheless, the passed mark of 59 rubles per dollar should not be considered long-term.

At the moment, the total trading volume has increased to $ 6 billion, and experts continue to sell the currency, as the demand for it is still very high, especially in conditions of the need to repay various foreign currency debts.

Experts consider the end of the tax payment period to be another important factor, which may also indicate the end of the ruble's strengthening potential. Thus, according to the nearest forecast, the dollar exchange rate in the coming days will be 60-61 rubles.
