Novosibirsk Plant of Semiconductor Devices Vostok will increase the volume of production this year, the Regional Competence Center reported.

This is planned to be achieved through the participation of the enterprise in the national project "Labor Productivity". "The plant will increase output, including for entering new markets," the center said.

As the company's executive director Evgeny Maslennikov noted, participation in the national project will help the company expand production, increase the number of jobs and enter new markets.

In the course of work on the national project, the company optimizes the production of semiconductor devices that are used in reference voltage sources of electronic equipment. The company's employees, together with experts from the Regional Competence Center, will analyze the work of the semiconductor device assembly site, diagnose the main processes in order to find losses and make a plan to improve work efficiency.
