The first sheep wool processing plant was launched in Ingushetia
Sheep wool will be processed in Ingushetia. The message about this appeared in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.
The enterprise appeared in the Malgobek district on the basis of the SUE "Dawns of the Caucasus".
"Two lines – washing and teasing – are already working. A third one will be launched soon – for the production of yarn and felt. Up to 5 tons of raw materials will be processed here every day," the ministry said in a release.
Wool for processing is supplied by local farmers, personal subsidiary farms and agricultural enterprises. For them, the new workshop has become a convenient point of sale and a source of additional earnings.
